City shopping complex is a shopping complex, owned by the territorial community of Chernivtsy.
It is situated on the area of over 35 hectares. “Kalinowski market” forms a significant part of the city budget and employs thousands of residents of Chernivtsi.
The head of the municipal enterprise “City shopping complex” Kalinowski market ” is Igor Maslyanchuk.
For more than 25 years of its existence, “Kalinowski market” have expanded sagnifacantly. “Kalinowski market” is among the four largest markets in Ukraine and is owned by the community of Chernivtsi. Today, seven commercial market sectors are equipped with nearly 10,000 retail facilities which employ about 20 thousand entrepreneurs. You can find several banks, pharmacies, free public restrooms, 2 med clinics, developed transport and social infrastructure.
“Kalinowski market” pays considerable taxes. This company is the largest taxpayer in the Bukovina. In particular, only in the last 3 years, “Kalinowski market” payed to the budgets of all levels to almost 100 million. In 2011, this amounted to 28.8 million UAH.
